Agriturismo Alto Venda boasts a panoramic dining room overlooking the valleys facing south of the Euganean Hills. This structure is entirely covered in trachyte stone of the Euganean Hills and wood.
The Alto Venda Kitchen is typically Venetian and characterized by food products produced directly in the Agritourism Farm.
For example, fresh pasta is produced with natural products, the flour comes from the cultivated wheat and reaped on the farm. A mill with stone millstones inside the structure, obtains both the whole wheat flour and the flour separated from the semolina and from the bran by means of a sieve incorporated in the mill.
The strong point of the Alto Venda kitchen is the spit with coals in which pork, rabbit, guinea fowl and cockerels cook slowly for about 3 hours over a very slow fire, to preserve and enhance the organoleptic properties of the meat. All the grills of the farm are grilled with wood.
The Alto Venda organizes themed evenings where you can prepare quail risotto, spit quail, pheasant, tripe alla veneta, suckling pig on a spit with potatoes and spaghetti or bavette with freshwater lobsters.
